'XAR' and Rikard Ahead of the Pack

The race is well underway, and the boats a starting to spread out on the race course.

For the single handed, the first 36-hour period of sailing is about to run out, and a much needed rest is ahead.

Rikard Roth have used no time looking back, as he sits in the lead of thesingle handed discipline and has done so ever since leaving Aarhus, now resting in Gilleleje.

'ITSI BITSI' DOWN TO 2

Skipper Andreas Kristiansen and crew member Tobias Kirkeby is now the only crew aboard the Farr 727, 'Itsi Bitsi', who started out as a 3 man squad.

Direct message from the remaining crew:

"Our third guy was badly hit by seasickness. He really wanted to continue but did not like the thought of upwind for a long stretch in, some reasonably large waves for our boat. But moral is still good!"
